Conejo Valley DeMolay, Gives from the Heart!

The members of Conejo Valley Chapter in Thousand Oaks, California, organized a blood drive with United Blood Services at their monthly pancake breakfast.  The Blood mobile arrived at 8 am on April 13, 2002, and many of the Masons, Advisors, Chapter Sweethearts and friends to DeMolay gave the gift of life. During the 5 hours of operation the blood mobile collected 23 pints of blood.  This is what DeMolay is all about, working in and with the community.  It is a great opportunity to help people who really need help and a great way to let people know about our DeMolay Chapter.
The members plan to make this an annual event.  The chapter's goal is to double the amount of blood they collect next year.
